What Were Looking For:
Experience Teaching Across Multiple Year Groups: You should have a proven track record of working across the primary phase, with the flexibility and skills to support students in a variety of year groups.
Strong Understanding of the National Curriculum: Youll need to have a deep understanding of the UK Primary National Curriculum to support teachers in delivering effective lessons.
At Least One Years Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Teacher in a Primary School: Whether youve been a TA or a teacher, your experience should demonstrate your ability to engage with and support childrens learning effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.
Lead small groups and individual interventions to support students' learning and development.
Help to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
Assist with the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure every childs needs are met.
